Stella is Managing Director at Falconeye Advisors, where she leverages over two decades of experience in the fields of corporate finance, strategic advisory, and private equity. Her career is marked by a commitment to guiding leadership teams through complex financial mandates, including transactions, comprehensive financial planning, and reporting mechanisms.
Stella’s advisory reach extends across a diverse portfolio of sectors, including technology, real estate, healthcare services, and global shipping. Prior to her current role, she co-founded Aileron Advisors, a boutique corporate finance advisory firm structured to handle financial challenges across multiple industries. This foundational experience honed her expertise in delivering solution-driven financial advice.
Stella currently holds Board of Directors positions with two key national infrastructure entities: the Electricity Authority of Cyprus (EAC) and the Natural Gas Infrastructure Company (ETYFA).
Stella is a certified CFA Charterholder, and holds the CYSEC Advanced Certificate. Beyond her corporate endeavors, she has made a significant contribution to financial education, serving two terms on the Board of the CFA Society Cyprus. In this capacity, she played an instrumental role in advocating for and promoting financial literacy as a key subject within the high school educational curriculum.
Stella holds a M.Sc. in Business Administration from San Diego State University, USA, where she was recognized with the Best Graduate Award. She also earned a B.Sc. in International Business/Finance from Old Dominion University, USA, which she attended under a government scholarship.
