Iakovos is a Senior Business Analyst at Falconeye Advisors, specialising in valuation, financial modelling, and transaction advisory support. He has experience across fair value engagements, including impairment testing, purchase price allocation (PPA) reviews, and valuations of business operations, investments, and tangible and intangible assets.
Before joining Falconeye Advisors, he worked at Deloitte in the Strategy & Transactions department, where he led valuation projects for financial reporting purposes, developed and reviewed discounted cash flow (DCF) models, and performed valuation reviews of interest rate swaps and other derivative instruments as part of audit engagements. He also supported fair value assessments for banking institutions in Cyprus.
Iakovos is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). He holds an MSc in Financial Economics and a BSc in Economics from the University of Nottingham.
