Philippos currently serves as an Associate Director at Falconeye Advisors.
Prior to joining Falconeye Advisors, Philippos held the position of Assistant Manager at PwC UK, where he played a key role in providing valuation support for transactions, restructuring, tax, financial reporting and complex financial instruments. He played an integral role in prominent projects centered around the valuation of equity investments managed by Apollo Global Management. Additionally, he conducted valuations for unquoted debt and equity investments on behalf of one of the largest Sovereign Wealth Funds, focusing on the European commercial property market.
Philippos began his career at PwC Cyprus, specializing in financial advisory services such as corporate finance and M&A across a multitude of industries.
Philippos holds the ACA qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and is CFA Level 3 candidate. He is a graduate of the Henley Business School at the University of Reading, holding a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Management, where he graduated with First Class Honors.
