George is the founder of Falconeye Advisors and currently serves as its Managing Director. George has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, advising owners of companies and executing transactions on their behalf. At the same time, he has held board positions monitoring portfolio companies, worked with senior management to improve existing processes and drive efficiency, and gained exposure in a number of industries. Throughout his career, he has held C-level roles in regulated financial companies, investment companies and family offices. George started his career at Goldsmith Agio Helms (now part of Lazard Middle Market) as an M&A Associate and then at Deutsche Bank as an associate in the Fixed Income Derivatives Structuring desk.
George holds an MA in International Relations from Columbia University and an MA in Political Science from Stanford University. He also holds an MSc in Finance and a BSc in Engineering from Imperial College London, where he was awarded the Governor’s and Director’s Prizes, having graduated top of his class in both degrees. George is a CySEC Advanced qualification holder and a registered representative in the United States with Series 7, 24 and 63 qualifications from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
